A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:

A Little bit about me: Joy’s goal is to help WBC clients create robust, prosperous businesses. She teaches the It’s Your Business entrepreneurial development class, hosts a popular webinar series, facilitates a monthly Women Entrepreneurs Thrive Event in Redding, and manages a progressive class schedule.

Enthusiastic about designing and facilitating relevant business development programs and creating more online learning opportunities for our rural four-county region, she intends to offer group coaching by video-conferencing and build an online classroom for business owners to succeed (and thrive) together.

She enjoys building partnerships with organizations aligned in mission, to better serve clients and bring out the best resources in our area.  “Collaboration and strong relationships is a key to our WBC’s outreach and growth,” she shares.  “I love creatively marketing WBC because I believe so strongly in what we do.”

An accomplished and engaging public speaker, college-level business teacher, management consultant, marketing strategist, and a wellness entrepreneur of twenty-years, she brings valuable experience to her new role at JEDI.  Joy’s unique ability to see people’s highest potential gives our WBC clients enhanced courage and confidence. With a generous nature, she offers wisdom, inspiration and a practicality to her programs.

Joy’s background in training and executive coaching experience include: developing and delivering curriculum in leadership and eco-social business, developing and delivering online education, authoring corporate training materials, extensive speaking, board retreat facilitation, emceeing, and appearing or hosting numerous media programs.
