Co-working memberships are flexible and great for solopreneurs, freelancers, consultants, developers and anyone else who likes to be on the go.

CoWorkers can use any desk available in the 5000 sq ft Commons. Conference rooms and A/V equipment can also be reserved.

Monthly membership includes wireless internet access, Common area workspace, and access to the Venture Hub community events, meetups and workshops.

Dedicated Offices

Dedicated offices are for startups who have a product or technology in development or early growth phase. These companies will access Venture Hub resources with the goal of funding and scaling within the 12-18 months.

Small offices can house teams up to 4 and larger offices, teams with 8-10 employees. Entrepreneurs must submit an application to be considered for dedicated office space.

Monthly membership includes 24/7 access, 100MB Fiber internet, utilities, conference rooms and the Commons.

$600/mo -Lg Office

Conference Rooms

Need to meet with clients or team members? Need a virtual connection?

Conference rooms are equipped with whiteboards, smart TVs, video and teleconferencing capabilities.

Reservations are made on a first come basis through a shared community calendar.

While there are no montly limits on conference room hours, preference is given to startups who have a dedicated office at the Hub.

The Venture Hub is designed with collaboration in mind.

In the Commons area, tables will accommodate up to 6 individuals. These tables can be re-arragnge to facilitate group meetings and workshops.

Sofas and lounge chairs provide a more informal, creative environment in which to work.

And who says who can’t work while having fun? We’ve even included a rec area with pool table when a break is needed.

Workshops & Meetups

Monthly meetups are a great way to get to know with other startup members. Beer & Bytes is the tech and entrepreneur meetup where one can plug in and get to know more about the startups in our region.
Radding, Redding Area Designers and Developers is another meetup geared towards those in front and back end technology.

Workshops hosted around startup topics such as product development, UX UI design, pitching to investors and more, will bring knowledge and expertise to your startup.

Event Rentals
